Baywatch can now try their luck with their favourite beach beauties, if
only via the latest brand extension from programme rights holder
Having already made the move into interactive TV in the UK with a range
of Baywatch branded games, FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide has now
taken the concept online with WagerWorks.
Online slot machines adorned by Baywatch stars and scenery are the
latest to emerge from WagerWorks relationship with Fremantle, which has
already spawned similar spin-offs of Play Your Cards Right and The Price
Branded casino games have long been favoured by punters over their
non-branded counterparts and Fremantle’s arrangement with internet
gaming specialist WagerWorks was struck with this in mind.
Claire Tavernier, senior vp of interactive at FremantleMedia Licensing
Worldwide, said the Baywatch slot demonstrated "how well our portfolio
of brands travel to an online environment".
